Check out TaylorMade’s limited-edition Pinehurst-themed TP5 Pix golf balls
TaylorMade Golf
U.S. Open week has arrived and with it a host of limited-edition gear from all of the major manufacturers.
You can take a look at all the limited-edition staff bags and headcovers offered by several major OEMs, but thanks to its Pix program, TaylorMade is once again offering some unique golf balls for the year’s third major.
Just like the company did for the Masters earlier this year with a peach Pix design and the Hollywood Star design for last year’s U.S. Open, this year’s U.S. Open Pix golf balls pay homage to the Adirondack chairs that dot the property at Pinehurst No. 2.
The golf balls feature Adirondack chairs arranged in the Pix alignment pattern with the ball number and TaylorMade logo in red for a patriotic theme.
TaylorMade is offering this year’s “Summer Commemorative” Pix golf balls in both the TP5 and TP5x models, as it did for the Georgia peach-themed balls for the Masters.
The individual sleeves also continue the patriotic theme with red, white and blue banners.
Of course, the “Summer Commemorative” TP5 golf balls feature the same technology as the regular version, including the five-layer design and High-Flex Material (HFM) in the mantle to provide a combination of faster speeds with a softer feel and acoustics.
You can find both the “Summer Commemorative” TP5 Pix and the “Summer Commemorative” TP5x Pix at FairwayJockey.com below.
